Our non-tryout Intensity Dance Team is intended to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where dancers of all skill levels can express themselves, build confidence, and cultivate a passion for dance through teamwork, creativity, and dedication to artistic excellence.

At our studio, we embrace the vibrant spirit of dance and welcome individuals who possess a burning passion for movement to join our competition team. We believe that passion is the driving force behind exceptional performances and fosters a deep connection to the art form. Whether they are seasoned dancers or newcomers to the floor, we provide a nurturing environment where talent can flourish and creativity can thrive. Tiny Prep

TBD

This class is a introductory class to competition dance and will cover styles such as ballet, jazz, pom and hip hop, as well as acrobatics and tumbling.

Each week we will focus on a different style as well as getting them rolling and cartwheeling in order to keep things exciting for your little one. We will cover the proper techniques of the above forms in a way that will keep your littles wanting to come back for more! 


Dancers will compete in 3-4 local dance competitions!

Ballet

Classes start week of June 9 

Discover the grace and beauty of ballet with our expertly designed classes for children ages 2 to 16. Whether your child is a beginner or already has some dance experience, our classes are tailored to inspire creativity, improve technique, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

For Ages 2-5 (Tots & Pre-Ballet): Fridays 4:45-5:30p
Our youngest dancers will experience the joy of movement with fun, age-appropriate activities that promote balance, coordination, and rhythm. This is the perfect introduction to ballet in a playful and nurturing setting.

For Ages 6-9 (Beginner Ballet): Mondays 5:30-6:30p
These classes focus on developing basic ballet techniques, posture, and flexibility. Children will learn the foundations of classical ballet while improving strength and discipline through structured yet engaging lessons.

For Ages 10-16 (Beginner/Intermediate Ballet): Saturdays 9:00-10:00a
Our older students will refine their ballet skills with focus on developing basic ballet techniques, posture, and flexibility. With a focus on improving strength and discipline through structured yet engaging lessons, this class will progress with the dancers in ability.

Each class is led by our experienced ballet teacher Mrs. Felicity, who fosters a love for ballet and ensures that every dancer reaches their full potential. Whether dancing for fun or aiming for professional goals, we provide a positive, inspiring space for all levels of dancers.

Showcase Performance:

Enrollment in this course will also include the learning of a ballet routine that will be performed in our end of the year showcase.

Tumbling/Acrobatics

Classes start week of June 9

Welcome to our Dance Tumbling, and Acrobatics Classes! Our dynamic program is designed for children ages 2-16, combining the best of dance tumbling, and acrobatic skills to help young athletes build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

In our classes, students will learn foundational movement techniques, balance, coordination, and flexibility, all while having fun and expressing their creativity. From introductory classes for little ones to advanced tumbling skills and combinations, we offer something for every age and skill level.

Our experienced instructors create a safe and supportive environment where children can develop their skills, make new friends, and achieve their personal best. Whether your child dreams of performing in front of an audience or just enjoys moving their body, our Dance Tumbling, and Acrobatics classes are the perfect place to get started!

Core & Strength

Tuesdays 9:15-10:15a

Join us for an invigorating Core and Strength class designed to enhance your overall fitness and stability! This class focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing functional strength through a combination of targeted exercises.

What to Expect:

  • Core Focus: Engage your abdominal, oblique, and lower back muscles with exercises that promote stability and strength.

  • Strength Training: Incorporate resistance training using bodyweight, and resistance bands to build muscle and enhance endurance.

  • Dynamic Movements: Experience a variety of movements that challenge your balance and coordination, helping you develop a strong foundation for all physical activities.

  • Cool Down and Stretching: Finish with a relaxing cool-down session that promotes flexibility and aids in recovery.

Deep Stretch & Flexibility

Wednesdays 9:15-10:15a

Unwind and rejuvenate in our Deep Stretch and Flexibility class, designed to enhance your mobility and promote relaxation. This class focuses on gently stretching and lengthening muscles to improve overall flexibility, reduce tension, and enhance your body’s range of motion.

What to Expect:

  • Guided Deep Stretching: Experience a series of slow, controlled stretches that target all major muscle groups, encouraging relaxation and releasing built-up tension.

  • Breath Awareness: Learn techniques to synchronize your breath with movement, helping to deepen stretches and promote mindfulness.

  • Dynamic Flexibility: Incorporate gentle movements that improve joint health and flexibility, fostering greater ease in everyday activities.

  • Restorative Practices: Enjoy restorative poses and techniques to enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and promote a sense of well-being.
